This dazzling 0.90ct GIA certified diamond is beautifully white, 100% eye clean, and displays absolutely phenomenal sparkle! This sizeable round brilliant cut diamond is certified by GIA, the world’s premier gemological authority. Under GIA’s rigorous standards, the diamond received a Very Good cut grade as well as an Excellent grade for Polish and a Very Good grade for Symmetry. It is very close in dimensions to excellent cut and we would say would look equivalent to an excellent cut by the untrained eye. The impeccable finishing and magnificent cut creates an absolutely mesmerizing play of light! Its sparkle is dazzlingly bright and lively with stunning and vividly colorful flashes of fire. It is truly stunning! Graded I for color, the diamond faces up bright white and shows absolutely no yellow. Graded SI1 for clarity, the diamond is 100% eye clean. A great Si1, the few inclusions are tiny and transparent. They are much too small to see with the naked eye. Overall, this diamond has an eye catching presence and extraordinary brilliance! With its substantial size, beautiful white color, 100% eye clean appearance, and phenomenally brilliant sparkle, this diamond is a perfect choice for an engagement or right hand ring! The GIA certification is from 2012. GIA has since redesigned their certificates. Please inquire if you would like us to request an updated report from GIA (the information would be the same - they just updated their graphic design). The diamond was certified at a United States GIA lab. GIA labs are supposed to be consistent across the globe; however, recent trends have shown that GIA’s labs in India will grade ½ to 1 grade softer than the American Headquarters lab. When comparing with large marketplace broker sites, it is important to keep in mind that the least expensive stones on these sites often originate in India, mostly due to this grading discrepancy as well as lucky grade upgrades, heavy black inclusions. etc.... Be aware that, in addition to grading discrepancies, these less expensive stones may display secondary colors (such as brown, green or milky overtone). With this stone’s American GIA report, you can be certain that it has been graded with strict scrutiny. This is a great I color and a great Si1, its an amazing stone in person. The diamond is being sold loose, but it can be mounted upon request. Please browse our collection of semi-mounts or inquire about a one of a kind custom design. This striking beauty deserves the perfect mounting, and we would love to share our ideas for custom designs! Make this stunning GIA triple excellent diamond yours before it has sold!
