Memo Policy:
If the goods do not sell, they must be returned to Ilya Fine Jewelry within 7 days of receipt or upon demand, whichever is sooner. If the goods are not returned in their original condition within 7 days, or are lost or damaged for any reason, the memorandum will automatically become an invoice for the sale of the goods. At that time, the entire purchase price will be due.
Payment is due within 30 days of the shipment date.
