This stunning 0.78ct old European cut diamond has beautiful white color, a completely eye clean appearance, and dazzlingly bright sparkle!

Cut by hand a lifetime ago, this vintage diamond is absolutely unique, guaranteed to be 100% conflict free, and full of old world charm. Already imbued with life and longevity, this diamond will make an engagement or right hand ring that is not only eye-catching and stunningly beautiful but also full of depth and history. The diamond is totally eye clean, graded SI2 for clarity. The few inclusions are scattered and too small to see with the naked eye. Graded M-N for color, the diamond shows just a hint of warmth and faces up quite beautifully. Part of its antique charm, the subtle color is typical of diamonds mined in the 1800s due to the locations of the early mines in the Cape region back when London and Antwerp were the center of the diamond trading world. As an old European cut diamond, it has wide hand cut facets which return exceptionally big and bright sparkle as well as captivating flashes of colorful fire (rainbow refractions). This 0.78ct Old European Cut diamond has a great spread and will look comparable to a larger diamond, another contributing factor to the great value of this diamond! Overall, it has an eye-catching, bright and lively appearance!

This diamond is being sold loose, but it can be mounted upon request. You may browse our collection of semi-mounts or inquire about a one of a kind custom design.
