If the goods do not sell, they must be returned to Ilya Fine Jewelry within 7 days of receipt or upon demand, whichever is sooner. If the goods are not returned in their original condition within 7 days, or are lost or damaged for any reason, the memorandum will automatically become an invoice for the sale of the goods.
